Are eligible for this device condensing boilers (gas and oil), heating systems using solar energy (domestic wind and combined solar system), geothermal heat pumps (with installation of the heat exchanger) and air-to-air heat pumps, as well as wood heating devices (wood pellet boiler, fireplace insert, wood stoves and wood pellet stoves) and heating control devices (heating program, regulation by temperature probe and thermostatic valve).
Are not concerned by the CITE: - low temperature boilers (gas and fuel oil) - air-air heat pumps - photovoltaic solar panels The list has been extended to several types of materials: counters allowing to individualize the costs heating in condominiums in particular. The applicable rates vary from year to year, and according to the scope of the planned works. As a reminder, until December 31, 2016, the tax credit for the energy transition represents 30% of the amount of the work (only the material is taken into account most often). In addition, there is a limit which changes depending on the family situation of the person wishing to benefit from this credit. It is limited to 8,000 euros for a single person and 16,000 euros for a couple with an additional 400 euros for each dependent. This is why it is not easy to find your way around ...
